CE/CME Registration
This registration option is intended for physicians, physicians in training, and allied health professionals, who are interested in claiming CE/CME credits for their participation in this activity.
If you are not interested in CE/CME credits, please choose our General Registration Option.

- Live, in-person access to all the conference lectures and events during the 3 days of the conference, March 22 through the 24

Refund Policy: Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued when requested in writing and if submitted prior to February 23, 2024. No refunds will be honored after this date.
On-Site Registration ONLY after 03/15/2024: Pre-registration will be available until March 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Anyone wishing to register for the course on or after March 16 must register on-site. The $25/daily hotel destination fee is optional for those registering under the course block and includes: Premium WIFI Internet for up to 4 Devices in Guestrooms and Public Spaces, Two (2) Bottles of Water, $10 Uber Credit Per Stay, One Hour Daily Bike Rental, Focal Point Photography Session with One Complimentary Branded Picture (reservations required).
Those choosing to book directly with the venue must request to opt out of the resort destination fee during check-in.
How to Register

- Select your affiliation and registration option, complete the required registrant fields, then click the Add to Cart button.
- Review the item(s) in your cart and make any changes before proceeding. If you have a discount code, add it in the field provided at the bottom of the shopping cart page. When you're ready, click the Checkout button.
- Provide your billing information, and when ready click the Review Order button
- Review the billing information you provided and click Pay. A window will open up for you to enter your payment details.

1The DEA MATE Act Workshop is an optional add-on that can be purchased during registration. This workshop includes an additional three lectures taking place in the evening of days 1 and 2 of the course. These lectures meet the new DEA Mate Act requirement. For details, please review the course program.
2 Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students outside of Nicklaus Children's Hospital can submit a letter/email from their Program Director/ Dean of Students confirming active program enrollment prior to registration to receive a discount coupon that will grant them registration at the advertised discounted rate. Submit or forward documentation to cme@nicklausheath.org, or use the Contact Us form. Our staff will contact you with the discount code which you can enter at checkout to receive the reduced pricing.
3NCHS Residents & Fellows, and FIU, Nova, or SGU Medical Students - A discount code will be provided to you by your program director. Code must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply.
