Can I return a purchased video?
In order to process a return for a video purchase, your video must be for an event that has not yet occurred. You may only return a video within 14 days of your purchase. Please email email@example.com to request a refund.
Can I exchange a purchased video?
If you believe you have made an error in your order, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org . In order to process a video exchange, both videos must be for events that have not yet occurred.
